I think a pretty silverish color would go real nice. Or just a white. But thats very ordinary. I have these slipon flats that have a grey material with silver beading on them. Something like that wouldnt be real flashy. Or maybe a brushed silver. But def not anything metallic silver.

You could get shoes that match the color of the dress. Some stores have the dye-able kind of shoes that they can dye to match your dress perfectly.

You can also wear white shoes. If you choose to wear white, you may already have a white pair, and won’t need to buy them. If you do need to buy white shoes, you know you can wear them with other outfits too.

In terms of the heel height, wear a pair that is comfortable. If they’re too high, your feet will hurt and you’ll be miserable. Have fun at the wedding.

I know this is going to sound lame, but go to a hardware store, and find a paint sample the color of your dress. Then compare it to colors like brown, beige, white, black, etc. and see which color would go the best with your dress. Then get out there and find a pair, quick! Good luck!

They make shoes that are the color of skin now, I dont know what the color is called, but its a very nice neutral color that is meant to go with colored dresses. I saw them at Lord and Taylor the other day and they were very pretty, try to get a color like that.
