It’s YOUR wedding, don’t wear any shoes if you don’t want to!

Do what YOU want to do, it’s your day.

Girl, you can wear whatever you want. It’s your wedding. Besides, the dress will probably cover most of the shoes so the colour doesn’t matter that much.
Personally, I think it’s more stylish to have your shoes match the colour theme. It would look gorgeous.

On my wedding i had sandels on… I know some wear tennis shoes.. heck wear what is comfortable…
As long as your dress covers your shoes it doesnt matter….

if my wedding was inside and it was safe, i would go barefooted if my dress was long enough. but i would wear white or a color to match my dress!

Went to a wedding once and the bride’s favorite color was red. She wore red sequin shoes under her dress and when she left she had a red cape she draped around her. Make your wedding unique to your likings. It is your day do whatever you want.

Generally, shoes are the same color as the wedding dress, so they blend in. Make sure they are comfortable because you’ll be spending alot of time on the dance floor with them on.

Depends on what color your dress is. Just decorate some slippers!

You don’t have to wear any specific type of shoe. It especially doesn’t matter if you can’t see the shoes under the dress. If they are visible- then you need to have a friend snap some pics of you in the dress w/ the colored shoes you like. Just so you can see what they will actually look like. It may change your mind.
    Good Luck!

It’s appropiate to wear anything these days. My now sister-in-law wore a pair of Birkenstocks that belonged to her sister…they were close in age and had the same size foot, her sister had died not long back and it was her way of having her in the wedding with her. Anyway, I would say go for it…it’s your wedding :o )

White represents purity. This is the reason the “bride” wears white. But you wear what you want to. It’s your wedding.

That is absolutely your choice. You could wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. Just remember that the guests would see color before they see white, but then again who will be looking at your feet!! Congratulations!!!!

It’s your day you can do whatever you want.

I’m going barefoot for my wedding. We’re getting married on the beach at dusk. I’ll carry a small bouquet and I’ll have a garland of flowers around my ankle. Sweet & simple.

You can wear whatever you want!! It’s your wedding and you make the rules. My sister-in-law wore blue flip flops to the reception!

For the church- where shoes ( any color as your dress should cover)
Reception- what ever you want…..it is your day, just watch out if you go barefoot- don’t need a trip to the ER!!!!!!!
    Just enjoy yourself.

I’ve seen brides wear combat boots with their wedding dress. Wear whatever color or type of shoes you like. It’s your day.

If your dress is long enough to cover your feet, or even if you want to show your feet than any color shoe will be fine as long as they are comfortable.
