Red shoes would probably look cute. I think black dresses with red accessories looks GREAT! Not so sure how it would look with the ivory on it though. Can you post a pic so it easier to tell you?
since you are not in the wedding I presume, I would go bold and hit up a red pair of shoes and red accesiories maybe a red necklace or red purse. but you did say there was ivory in it. I would not, I mean not wear ivory shoes. I would only wear red or black. What ever looks right. Bring your dress with you when you try on shoes…I wouldn’t buy a pair of shoes on-line because you just never know what they are giong to look like when you get them them at your house. Stay safe and buy from a store!

I would go with black shoes and perhaps a red clutch if you want the pop of color. Black and ivory is a beautiful combo–very elegant!

Black is demure, ivory could be stylish, but red would be too much.

your shows should match the hem of your dress, unless the hem is white, then match the main color of the outfit
