I would go with strappy heels, if the dress is strapless, go with big fun earrings. ( target of forever 21has nice earrings and they are fair priced) As for hair, do wavy locks and pick up the middle
(bang area) poof it up and hold with a nice clip or bobby pins ( that match your hair!!! Oh and Have Fun!!!
